Sign in with Google Royal Dream may allow you to sign in using your Google Account. When you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive certain information associated with your Google Account, depending on the permissions you grant. This information may include: * Your Google Account identifier; * Your name; * Your email address; and * Your profile picture. We use this information only as necessary to provide and support Royal Dream, including to: * authenticate your identity; * create or identify your Royal Dream account; * maintain your login session; * provide account-related features; * prevent unauthorized access and fraud; and * maintain the security and integrity of the Service. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. You may manage or revoke Royal Dream’s access to your Google Account through your Google Account settings. License to Use Royal Dream Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HIGOGAME PTE LTD grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use Royal Dream for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of Royal Dream or any associated intellectual property rights to you. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: * use cheats, bots, scripts, automation tools, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software; * interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of Royal Dream; * attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, systems, or networks; * exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended game behavior to obtain an unfair advantage; * reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code except where expressly permitted by applicable law; * use Royal Dream for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities; * impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; * sell, transfer, or commercially exploit accounts or Virtual Items unless expressly permitted by HIGOGAME PTE LTD; or * violate any applicable law or regulation. We may restrict or terminate access to Royal Dream when we reasonably determine that these rules have been violated. 6. Virtual Items and Game Content Royal Dream may include virtual currencies, coins, points, rewards, items, or other virtual content (“Virtual Items”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, Virtual Items are licensed for use solely within Royal Dream and do not constitute real-world currency, stored monetary value, or ownership of physical or digital property outside the Service. Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real-world money or transferred outside Royal Dream unless such functionality is expressly provided by HIGOGAME PTE LTD and permitted by applicable law. We may modify game content, game balance, rewards, features, Virtual Items, or their availability as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, or improve Royal Dream. 7. Purchases Royal Dream may offer optional purchases. Prices, payment methods, applicable taxes, refund eligibility, and other transaction terms may vary depending on your location, platform, and payment provider. Transactions processed by third-party payment providers may also be subject to their respective terms and refund policies. 8. Intellectual Property Royal Dream and its associated software, graphics, artwork, characters, logos, designs, text, audio, visual elements, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to HIGOGAME PTE LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you. 9. Third-Party Services Royal Dream may integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, payment providers, analytics providers, advertising services, and social platforms. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. HIGOGAME PTE LTD is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control. 10. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. We may suspend or terminate your access to Royal Dream if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, create a security risk, or if suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws or protect the Service and its users. Where required by applicable law, you may request deletion of your Royal Dream account and associated personal information by contacting us at jobs@higogame.net. 12. Service Changes and Availability We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of Royal Dream from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or that Royal Dream will operate without interruption or errors. Where reasonably possible and required by applicable law, we may provide notice of significant changes that materially affect users. 13. Disclaimer To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Dream is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HIGOGAME PTE LTD does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, operating system, or network. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HIGOGAME PTE LTD and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, Royal Dream. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. 15. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Royal Dream, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or our business practices. When we make material changes, we may provide reasonable notice through Royal Dream or by other appropriate means. The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of Royal Dream after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. 16.
